RemoteFieldInspections.com provides visual-only, non-licensed property documentation services. We do not offer licensed home inspections, structural evaluations, or code compliance assessments. These services are for informational use only and do not replace certified inspections required by law.

2. Service Types & Limitations

  • Photo-Based Visual Inspections: Surface-level photos only. No system testing or evaluations.
  • Video Walkthroughs: Silent or narrated walkthroughs for visual reference, not professional opinion.
  • Move-In / Move-Out Reports: Condition documentation only. No guarantees on safety or compliance.
  • Occupancy / Vacancy Checks: Exterior signs only. No legal or lease judgments made.
  • Contractor Job Progress: Photo documentation of progress only. No inspection of workmanship or permits.
  • Curbside / Exterior-Only Checks: From public areas unless access is granted. Interior condition not assumed.

3. Disclaimers

  • We are not a licensed home inspection company.
  • All services are visual-only and reflect conditions at time of visit.
  • We do not provide warranties, valuations, or code assessments.
  • Client assumes full responsibility for due diligence and legal verification.

4. Jurisdictional Compliance

We do not provide licensed inspection services in regulated states. Examples include:

  • Florida: Not licensed under Florida Statute 468.
  • Texas: Not TREC-certified. No formal inspections offered.
  • South Carolina: Not a licensed home inspector under SC law.

Always consult licensed professionals for code compliance and property condition reports.

5. Booking Acknowledgement

By booking a service, you acknowledge our visual-only, non-licensed model and accept these terms. No professional guarantees are implied or provided.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full refund if canceled 24+ hours before scheduled time.
  • $25 rescheduling fee for cancellations within 24 hours.
  • No refunds after inspector is dispatched unless a service error occurs.

7. Independent Contractor Status

All inspectors are independent contractors, not employees. They do not provide professional home inspections or opinions on structure, value, or safety.

8. Use of Media

  • All inspection media is the property of RemoteFieldInspections.com.
  • You may use your files for personal or business reference only.
  • Do not present any reports as formal, licensed inspections.

10. Privacy Policy

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
